Tier 1 · Press Releases

Put your client on news sites Google already trusts.

One story, syndicated out to premium news outlets, with a link back from every one that runs it. AP News, USA Today, Benzinga and Street Insider on the packages that carry them.

  • Trust is built by other websites. A release gets your client's name onto a lot of trusted ones at once.
  • Every pickup links back. The link sits behind real anchor text, never a bare URL.
  • Outlets you can name. AP News, USA Today, Benzinga and Street Insider.
  • Those four are not on Basic. They come with Premium, or you buy them as add-ons.
  • Six packages, 300+ to 500+ publications. The bigger ones include television and radio networks.
  • Your client approves it first. A preview link with your logo on it. No login needed.
  • You keep the pickup list for good. Most placement tracking is dropped after about sixty days. Ours is not.
  • If it gets rejected, you get the credits back. Fix & Resubmit refunds them and opens a fresh draft.

Get on the news sites Google trusts,
with a link back from every one that runs it.

Google works out how much to trust a brand by reading what other websites say about it.

News sites count for more than most websites do.

One release puts your client's name and a link on a lot of them at once.

Not as an ad. As a story an editor published.

Then you get the list of every outlet that ran it, and you keep it.

A Profit Labs™ order report listing placements with their status and live URL, alongside the metrics captured for each.
Every URL, kept. A guest-post report shown here — the press-release pickup report does the same job: every live outlet URL, stored on the client record permanently. Client identifiers blurred.

Why most releases do nothing

Most press releases are written like ads. Editors bin those.

This is how press release SEO got its bad name.

Someone writes a company announcement full of adjectives.

It reads like an ad, because it is one.

Writing it like an ad is one of the most common reasons a release gets rejected.

And when one does slip through, it lands on sites nobody trusts. Google learns nothing from it.

A release only helps your search rankings when two things are true.

It reads like news, and it lands on sites Google already trusts.

So let us be straight about the second one. AP News is not on the Basic package, and we will not imply it is.

It comes with Premium, alongside USA Today, Benzinga and Street Insider. Or you buy it as an add-on.

And nobody can tell you how many outlets will run a release. We will not invent a number for you.

Write one and read it back before you spend anything.

The account is free and takes no card. Draft the story from the company brief, then open the preview link and see if it reads like news.

How it works

Seven steps, from a blank page to a list of live links.

Nothing gets sent until a person has read it — and your client can be that person, without an account.

  1. 01

Pick the client and the package

Six to choose from. Basic reaches 300+ publications and costs $46.40.

  2. 02

    Pick the right category

This is where releases die. Write up something the company did, not a pitch for the company.

  3. 03

Set the keyword and the link

The keyword is the topic the whole release is built around. The link home sits behind real anchor text, never a bare URL.

  4. 04

Get ten angles and ten headlines

40¢ for each batch. Or ignore them and write your own.

  5. 05

    Send your client the preview

A shareable link that needs no login, carrying your agency's logo and name. They read it and approve it.

  6. 06

Send it now, or schedule it

Pick a date and time and it goes then. The package, the add-ons and the $80 sending charge are billed when you approve it, not when you start.

  7. 07

    Get the pickup list back

Every live URL, a branded PDF, and a save-to-Drive button. Then one click per row to push them for indexing.

What you get

A list of live links on news sites you can name.

Friday afternoon, the client asks what they got last month. Named outlets at the top. Live URLs underneath.

300 to 500+ publications
300+ on the entry package. 500+ on the bigger ones, television and radio networks included.
Outlets you can say out loud
AP News, USA Today, Benzinga and Street Insider come with Premium, or as add-ons elsewhere.
A financial route
300+ placements across premium financial networks, held to stricter editorial standards.
A route for restricted niches
It takes crypto, gambling and adult — the verticals most PR desks hand straight back.
A pickup list that does not expire
The distributor's own tracking is usually dropped after about sixty days. Yours sits on the client record instead.
One-click index submission
A link does nothing for you until Google has it. Submit per row, then watch it come back indexed. Not automatic.

Basic is $46.40. Sending it costs $80 more.

Add-ons and bigger packages sit on top, and every number shows on the button that spends it. Saving a draft costs nothing. Credits don't expire.

Sending charge
$80 when it goes out, on top of the package and any add-ons. Charged when you approve it, not when you start.
Add-ons
AP News $184 · USA Today $176 · Benzinga $144 · Barchart $88 · Street Insider $88 · Podcast $88 · Digital Journal $48. Available on Standard, Premium, Financial and Unrestricted.
The podcast add-on
100+ platforms, including Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Deezer and JioSaavn.
Reach by package
Basic 300+ publications. Standard and Unrestricted 500+, television and radio included.
How many outlets run it
We do not publish a number, and nobody honestly can. The reach figures above are the floors each package publishes, not an average of what lands.
Restricted niches
The Unrestricted package accepts crypto, gambling and adult verticals.
Writing it
Managed draft $2. Ten topic ideas 40¢. Ten headlines 40¢.
What one release costs
The package, plus any add-ons, plus $80 to send it. It changes order by order, so there is no range to quote — the total is on the order screen before you confirm.
The link home
Behind descriptive anchor text. Never a bare URL — the major outlets reject that formatting.
The preview
A shareable link that needs no login, carrying your agency's logo and name, set to noindex and nofollow.
The report
A plain list of placement URLs, a branded PDF, the distributor's own PDF and Excel when they come back, and a save-to-Google-Drive action. Kept permanently.
If it is rejected
Fix & Resubmit refunds the credits, archives the original and opens a new draft.
Indexing
One click per row from the reports list, then tracked until it comes back indexed. Not automatic.
When it goes out
You choose. Schedule it for a date and time you pick, and the status moves through draft, scheduled, submitted and published in front of you.

Prices above are at the $0.40 rate on the 1,000-credit plan. Your rate may differ — see /pricing/. Every figure also prints on the button that spends it.

What it costs to find out

Write the release first. Pay only when you send it.

The account needs no card. Topic ideas, headlines, the managed draft ($2) and every package show their cost before they run.

Creating the account is free. Not a trial that takes your card "for verification" — no card at all, and no call with anyone.

And nothing expires on a timer. Credits sit in the account until you spend them.

When you're ready to spend

$0.35–$0.50

per credit, improving with the volume you commit to

What you are not signing

No contract, no minimum, no quote and no call. Buy credits monthly if the volume suits you, or buy a block once and owe nothing after it.

Every deliverable in the platform prints its credit cost on the button that spends it, so you always price the work before you run it.

Before you ask

The questions we'd ask before pointing this at a client.

What does a press release actually do for SEO?
It puts your client's brand, and a link, on websites Google already trusts. Google works out what a brand is and how credible it is from what other sites say about it, and news sources weigh heavily in that. One release gets your client onto a lot of them at once.
Isn't press release SEO dead?
The spammy version is. Blasting a keyword-stuffed advert at low-quality sites does nothing at all. A real story, written like news and syndicated to premium outlets, still teaches Google that the brand exists and that credible places talk about it.
Will this move my rankings?
It builds one of the signals rankings are made of — your brand and your link showing up on trusted sites. We will not promise you a ranking change from a single release, because nobody honestly can. What we can tell you is exactly which outlets ran it.
Will it land on AP News?
Only if you buy it, and this is the thing people most often get wrong. AP News comes bundled with the Premium package, alongside USA Today, Benzinga and Street Insider. On other packages you add it on.
How many outlets will pick it up?
We do not publish a number and we will not invent one. The 300+ and 500+ figures on each package are the floors the catalogue publishes, not a measured average of what lands.
Can my client approve it before it goes out?
Yes, and they do not need an account. Every release has a shareable preview link that needs no login, carrying your agency's logo.
What does one release cost, all in?
The package, plus any add-ons, plus $80 to send it. Along the way it is 40¢ each for the topic and headline batches and $2 for the draft.
Why do you keep the pickup list?
Because the distributor's own tracking is usually dropped after about sixty days. Miss that window and the proof of what you delivered is gone. Ours stays on the client record, so a report you send today still opens next year.
Do the links get indexed automatically?
No. A link does nothing for you until Google has it, so from the reports list you submit each row with one click, and it is tracked until it comes back indexed.
Should I buy a press release, a guest post, or syndication?
Buy a press release when you want your brand on named news outlets and a list of live URLs to show for it. Buy a guest post when you want one strong editorial link on a publisher you picked from its metrics.

Get on the news sites Google trusts,
with a link back from every one that runs it.

Here is the part that has nothing to do with us. The competitor ranking above your client keeps turning up in the news. Every month that carries on, Google sees their brand in more trusted places than it sees your client's.

You can close that gap with something the client actually did. A hire, a product, a result, an opening.

Write it up as news. Send yourself the preview and read it back. If it reads like news, send it. If it reads like an ad, rewrite it.

P.S. — I know what is making you hesitate, and it is not the $46.40 on Basic. It is that press releases burned you once, with coverage you could never prove. So: the account is free, there is no card, the preview needs no login, and nothing is charged for sending until you press send. Create the account, write one, and read the preview first. If it is not what we said, you have lost a click and nothing else.
