How long is the contract?
Month-to-month by default. We offer optional 3, 6, and 12-month commitments with progressively bigger first-month discounts (up to 50% off month one with a 3-month commit) — but you're never locked in. Cancel anytime after the commitment window with 30 days notice.
What makes you different from every other SEO agency?
Two things. First, transparent pricing — you see the starting number before you talk to us. Second, a live dashboard. Every keyword we work is tracked daily, every backlink is audited, every content piece is logged with its indexing status. If a ranking moves, you know within 24 hours.
Who owns the content and the backlinks?
You do. Every article we publish for you stays on your domain — we don't host it on a 'partner network' you lose access to when you leave. Backlinks live on our 500+ partner sites permanently. We don't pull them down when you cancel.
How fast will I see results?
Honest answer: depends on competitiveness and existing site health. Local: most clients see Map Pack movement in 90-180 days. National: head-term movement typically months 4-9 for moderately competitive niches. E-commerce: category-page rankings start moving in months 2-4 when product schema is clean.
Do you offer white-label for agencies?
Yes — but only on Traffic and Traffic+ plans. We run the entire content + backlinks engine under your brand, you keep the client relationship. Reach out on the strategy call to scope a white-label arrangement.
What if you don't deliver?
Every plan ships with a measurable monthly scorecard — keywords moved, content published, backlinks indexed. If two consecutive months miss the scorecard, you can cancel without notice and we refund the most recent month. We've issued that refund 3 times in 8 years.
Will you work with my existing in-house team?
Yes. Most clients on Traffic and Traffic+ have an in-house marketing manager or content team — we plug into your workflow (Asana, Slack, Notion, whatever) and handle the SEO-specific pieces while your team owns the brand voice and final approval.
How does onboarding work?
Day 1: kickoff call + access to dashboard. Days 2-5: keyword + competitor audit + content plan. Days 6-10: first content brief approved + first backlinks placed. Day 30: first scorecard. You see real movement on the dashboard from week 2.
